YAY! You're Here!

I just love this thing called photography. My passion for it is genuine in that my heart beats a little faster when I pick up my camera. For years, I have put blood, sweat and tears into this passion of mine. (You want to know about the blood, don't you? I have a story...Just ask and I'll tell.)

Yes, I'm a photographer... but I'm also a wife, a mother of two, a SLIGHT germaphobe, a perfectionist (with photography... you do NOT want to see my desk right now) and a serious goof-ball. (Is that an oxymoron?)

I'm fun, I'm REAL...I'm also real fun. Most of all, I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE... (and I secretly love you for it!) Thanks for stopping by.

When moments cannot be put into words, let the photography do the talking.

Hello again, to Mr. Goodbaby.

And he certainly is a good baby.  Despite being sleepy, he handled his session like a champ.  Being tired was a perfectly good excuse to be cranky and he didn’t even use it!  Plus, he brought just the right amount of drool to balance out his luscious eyelashes:

Ohhhh and he’s funny, too.  This next one makes me laugh.  His expression… in combination with the crooked hat… makes it look as if he just landed from an exhilarating sky dive.

And, in this one… he is just laying there like a precious pile of Goodbaby.

As I said on my Facebook business page, the simple baby things never get old:

Did someone smooch this someone?  Yes, someone’s mama did.  Can we blame her?  Of course not.  There was absolutely zero hesitation when I handed her my primary red lipstick and asked her to wear it and kiss her baby.  Minnie Mouse style.  He IS Disney Eyes, after all…

Big brother used to be one of my newborns and look at him now!  This wasn’t prompted.  We had them sitting together and he just went down for a snuggle.  He has always known what to do for the camera, almost instinctively.  OH, I love the sweet, real stuff.

To his parents:  Through the years, I have come to love your family so much!  Watching your boys grow up in my photos has brought so much joy to me.  I can already tell that they are going to grow up to be the type of people this world needs more of.   Such blessings, they are.   (The nerd in me is bothered that I just ended two sentences in a row with prepositions. Ack!)  You know the drill from here- I love you and I’ll be in touch!
