I'm so glad you're here

My passion for photography is genuine in that my heart beats a little faster when I pick up my camera. For years, I have put blood, sweat and tears into this passion of mine. (You want to know about the blood, don't you? I have a story...Just ask and I'll tell.)

Yes, I'm a photographer... but I'm also a wife, a mother of two, a SLIGHT germaphobe, a perfectionist (with photography... you do NOT want to see my desk right now) and a serious goof-ball. (Is that an oxymoron?)

I'm fun, I'm REAL...I'm also real fun. Most of all, I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE... (and I secretly love you for it) Thanks for stopping by.

When moments cannot be put into words, let the photography do the talking.

Before I even met him, I knew he was going to be cool.  Just based on his name.  I usually keep names (especially full names) off my blog to protect the innocent. Fun nicknames work just fine. Like Swagster.

But, in a few years, his real name will be known to ALL. I’m sure of it. It just has a famous ring to it.  If you are lucky enough to know this boy, than you know what I am talking about!  If you don’t know this boy, than I’m sorry to tease you about how cool his real name is. If his mom doesn’t mind, she can mention his name in the comments. But that is up to her. Like I said, protecting the innocent, here.

So yes… He has a name like fame… and the personality to back it up.

As soon as I met him, I realized he lived up to his name.  A little bundle of charm, he was.  With swag.  He confidently flashed his two pearly pegs every time he smiled.  And what a smile it is…

… a smile that is just as amazing as those eyes of his.  Put them together and it makes one incredible face.  And, I couldn’t get over how soft his skin was.  I just wanted to keep petting him.  He let me grab his cheeks, too. (Bonus).

Oh, and toes.  He also brought those…

Holy lashes, Swagster!

Breezy, but beautiful, we went outside for a bit.  I have an extreme love for little shoes like this:

(Photographers, never leave a baby unattended on a rock wall… his daddy was inches away)

To his parents: It was so nice to meet you. What a couple of cool cats you are. I can see where little Swagster gets it. His coolness AND his looks.  GREAT job picking a name for him… it is so fitting and full of fame. I can’t wait to see what he becomes!
